If the applicant does not agree with the final decision of the SEAS 4.0 then he/she may appeal this decision before the SEAS 4.0 Selection Board.
In order to be valid, the appeal must be in writing, using the following letter template signed and dated, and sent (in .pdf format) by the applicant to the following address: begovic@unina.it within seven (7) days following the notification of selection outcome at the latest. Appeals sent after the terms will not be considered.
The appeal procedure can only come into play if a candidate feels that the SEAS 4.0 consortium has not handled his own application in line with the scholarship application and selection process as described on the SEAS 4.0 website. In other words, the appeal cannot concern the decision itself, but only an alleged error made in the process.
