The Erasmus Mundus Association (EMA) is an NGO built upon the network for students and alumni of all Erasmus Mundus Joint Degrees (EMJMDs) and Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctorates (EMJDs). EMA was established in 2006 as an initiative of the European Commission. The European Commission remains the main funding body of the Association.
