With “participation costs” we mean any compulsory administrative/operational cost related to the participation of the student in the SEAS 4.0 program (e.g. library, laboratory, tuition fees, insurance costs, etc.):
€ 4.500 per semester per Partner Country candidates
€ 2.250 per semester per Program Country candidates
Students whose citizenship is one of the Erasmus+ Program Countries count as Program Country students.
Students with a Partner Country citizenship who do not fulfil the Partner Country criteria defined above (12-months rule) count as Program Country students.
Students with a double nationality (of a Partner and of a Programme Country) must specify the nationality under which they submit their scholarship application
Those students not awarded with scholarships, will pay the participation costs (tuition fees and mandatory insurance) to the Coordinator at the beginning of each semester.
